BacchusNYTonight's accompaniment is a bottle of this one. This is my favorite sake, which I happened to get by chance. I am excited (by Anya). When I opened the bottle, the aroma was wonderful...and in the mouth, it seemed thick at first, but the gentle sweetness and acidity made it easy to drink. It is delicious...I am happy. When paired with vinegared mekabu and tomatoes, it quickly turns into a dry sake. After fried corn with butter and soy sauce, the sour taste will refresh your taste buds. If you combine it with grilled Spanish mackerel, it may taste a little bitter. What is the source of this bitterness? After the second sip, the bitterness disappears and it is delicious. It is a nice and well-balanced sake.
