After my child's entrance ceremony, I opened a bottle of this one, which had been laying in wait since the end of last year, to celebrate. The aroma is closed off when served cold, but it has a mild aroma of peaches and apples. In the mouth, light carbonation and elegant sweetness spread throughout. The light acidity supports the sweetness, and as you finish it, you can taste the lingering sweetness that you like, as well as the richness and bitterness in the back of the mouth. I was reminded again that this is a delicious sake that I like. It was a great addition to the celebration with Jikin.
