Sake series bought during GW car trip 🚗.
The one I've always been curious about, "KAMOSUMORI"!
Unfortunately the brewery was closed, but it was sold at a roadside station.
The brewery is in Tsunan Town, but KAMOSUMORI is the name of a hostel in Matsunoyama Onsen, Tokamachi City.
The owner of the hostel and the brewer hit it off and this sake was born!
Slightly effervescent and super juicy 🍹.
It's hard to believe it's sake!
It's so sweet and delicious that it ranks at the top of all the sake I've ever had 🥭.
