My first "CHEERFUL".
My wife prepared it for my birthday.
It is a rare sake, but Wadaya, a liquor store I use for mail order, recommended it to me.
It has a rice polishing ratio of 70%, 14% alcohol by volume, and is slightly nigori (nigori means a slight bitterness in Japanese alcohol.) It has a slight sparkle and is easy to drink dry. It is a dry, easy-drinking sake with a slight effervescence.
It is perfect for the coming season and reminds one of a windy forest.
It is a modern sake, and I can feel the pulse of its potential popularity.
I would like to drink it again if I have the chance.
