Shigemasu大吟醸 生々 しずく搾り
くま吉
An application for a hidden sake from Shigemasu that was on a flyer at a liquor store.
Only one bottle of Shizuku Shibori was distributed for the third time
(right after opening the bottle)
Drink cold
Clear and colorless
Ginjo aroma similar to pineapple
Mellow rice flavor and freshness in the mouth
Slightly rough taste.
Weak dryness on the palate.
Slightly long aftertaste
The aftertaste is not sticky.
It has a nice bold taste.
It becomes drier when warmed, but it also tastes richer, so it tastes better than cold sake
Warmed to lukewarm
The smell of alcohol is noticeable.
Gentle sweetness similar to amazake, but the dryness increases and the aftertaste is a little short.
Heat sake to hot
Aromatic smell
Delicious rice flavor with a hint of sweetness and savory aroma.
Less dry than lukewarm and about the same as cold sake.
It goes with cheese much better than cold sake.
(The day after opening the bottle)
The aroma seems to have weakened, but the umami remains the same.
(8 days after opening).
When you put it in your mouth, the woody flavor that is often found in Shigemasu seems to have been intensified.
