An application for a hidden sake from Shigemasu, for which a flier was placed at a liquor store. The second distribution was three Junmai Daiginjos made with Kitashizuku, Gohyakumangoku, and Shunyo (just after opening the bottle) Drink cold Colorless and transparent Slightly sweet aroma similar to yogurt After pouring, a clear ginjo aroma can be sensed. Full-bodied in the mouth. The acidity and dryness of the Gohyakumangoku is reduced. The aftertaste is even shorter and lighter. It goes better with chicken tsukune than sashimi. Warmed to lukewarm Full but gentle flavor. Weak dryness with a slight tingling aftertaste. Sourness is more noticeable when heated. (7 days after opening the bottle) Drink cold Not much change in aroma. The sharpness of the flavor increases dramatically. It goes better with blue cheese than sashimi. It tastes better at a slightly warmer temperature, but it still tastes dry.
