This is my first time drinking this Akabu 🍶.
The color is, as the name suggests, amber 🍶.
The taste is quite sweet at first, like a banana, but then it gets sharp 🤔.
It's fruity but very food wine 🤔.
When I paired it with squid with vinegared miso, it was very interesting, it was like a dark melon and then it ran out of steam 😁.
Very nice sake 😋.
