Here are my impressions right after opening the bottle.
The aroma is of watery, slightly acidic fruits such as Japanese pear, pineapple, and loquat. The aroma is of watery and slightly sour fruits such as Japanese pear, pineapple, and loquat, with a slightly astringent aroma like grapefruit.
The taste is immediately sour and sweet in the mouth, with the sweetness gradually receding and the sourness remaining strong.
The acidity is predominant, but the sweetness is not overpowered and is well balanced.
It also tastes like pear, but I thought it was closer to pineapple than pear. Not only fruit, but also a strong flavor derived from rice can be felt.
The aftertaste is quite bitter, with a hint of orange peel.
The flavor is complex, with a mixture of many different tastes. Toward the end, the richness remains, so I thought the impression was quite different between the aroma and the actual drinking.
It was delicious.
