Today I visited the Gekkeikan Museum in Fushimi. Outside, the autumn leaves had started to turn a little and the atmosphere was quiet.
The first wine we had in the tasting room was a special junmai of Yamadanishiki. The flavor of the cooked rice was well balanced,
It had a strong flavor of cooked rice and a little bit of alcohol, but it was a very calm bottle.
