Today I visited the Gekkeikan Museum in Fushimi. Outside, the autumn leaves had started to turn a little and the atmosphere was quiet. The first wine we had in the tasting room was a special junmai of Yamadanishiki. The flavor of the cooked rice was well balanced, It had a strong flavor of cooked rice and a little bit of alcohol, but it was a very calm bottle. Visited the Gekkeikan museum in Fushimi today. Outside, the first autumn colors were appearing. In the tasting room, the first sake was the Yamada Nishiki Tokubetsu Junmai: solid steamed-rice umami, a touch of alcohol, overall calm and straightforward.
