Saturday's red snapper fishing trip went down the drain😖💦.
It's been a long time since I've fished, but I didn't catch anything 💦 👩🦲
So I opened a bottle of Yamamoto's Wa-Yin with the sashimi I bought and had a burnt sake ❗❗.
I was supposed to open the bottle with seared nodoguro sashimi 🤣.
Yamamoto-san responds to such feelings with a gentle flavor that doesn't betray you 🎵.
It has a sweetness and acidity like a dry white wine, probably due to the use of wine yeast, and goes well with sashimi 🤤.
It was a beautiful sake with a clean and crisp finish that was not too sweet and had a complex flavor with a refreshing aftertaste.

Good evening, Kuri the Forester😃.
I'm sorry to hear that 🤤🎣🥲 because the seared nodoguro sashimi ‼️ looks delicious just by imagining it.
But the Japanese rhyme by Mr. Yamamoto will wash it away and leave only the deliciousness 😌this looks delicious!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
I'm not going to aim for the difficult fish like Nodoguro, I'm going to aim for the fish that I can catch for sure this time.
The Japanese rhymes are really good! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
Please try it.
It may taste similar to Senkou 🍷.

Good morning Erin 👋😃☀️
It's been a while since I've had a bowling 👩🦲 and I'm sunk~(*T^T)
But I'm a gambler by nature, so I'll definitely take revenge another time with a high quality fish called the ruby of the sea. 😬
