I am not sure of the details, but it was aged fresh and then enclosed in ice. It is good to enjoy the change in the process of returning to room temperature from the cold state of sake with sweetness and umami on top 😃.
It's just a matter of taste, but it tastes completely different from Hitogokochi's Aki-agari!
