I had a busy weekend at work, but I felt like drinking sake for the first time in a while, so I opened a bottle 🍶.
Today I'm having a bottle of Kafuda-shu, which is made from Kame-no-o, a rare type of rice. It was a bit pricey, but I would buy it if it was a sake with a cargo tag 😊.
The aroma is always vanilla sweet deliciousness. The crackling and acidity on the tip of the tongue with an impressive astringency in the second half.
The body is firm, with a minerality like Wind Forest, etc.
I think it would go well with fatty sashimi or something. Delicious✨
