This is a hiyaroshi (cold sake, room temperature, or lukewarm) version of a junmai sake from the Kikuhime series that I have enjoyed drinking for years.
The hiyaoroshi is a raw sake and is recommended to be drunk cold, at room temperature, or lukewarmly warmed.
It is a beautifully rich, umami spicy sake that can be served cold or at room temperature, but personally, I preferred it warmed up.
