This sake was the best summer sake we drank last year, and was also one of the top summer sake we drank during the year!
When we opened the bottle, it was shrieking and shuffling! It was a bit too much, but not to the point of overflowing. It almost overflowed when I poured it.

The moment I put it in my mouth, it was already shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa! It's completely a calpis sour!
The sweet and sour taste spreads in the mouth after the sizzle, and the creaminess of the muddiness envelops you afterward.
I personally think it rivals Sengoku's Snowman and Hirotogawa Junmai in terms of nigorizumi.
