I happened to find it the other day at a store I frequent...I picked it up about this morning on layaway: 🙇♂️
The aroma was not that strong and gave a clear impression.
When I drank it, the umami did not expand as much as the aroma suggested, and the bitterness grew from the latter half of the bottle.
There is a subtle presence of umami in the bitterness.
The alcohol is not that strong, so you can drink it forever 🤣.
I'll buy it when I find it as the first sake of the year series 🤣! It's a good one to buy when you find it 🍶.
