I asked for my favorite one, and they had 2 bottles of Nanamoto-yari, but they seemed to be aged differently.
I was told to try the 2021, so I started with that one.
It has a rich flavor and a caramelized taste from the aging process 🥰.
It's my favorite taste 😍.
The manager knows what he's talking about!
I could drink this all the time with some pickled ginger cheese 😋.
