We were able to obtain the much talked about Genzai. I don't remember how many years ago it was at Suehiro, but I still remember that I enjoyed the sake brewery tour and was impressed by the sake jelly and plum wine.
Now, here it is, with a nice pop when the bottle is opened. It has a gaseous feeling. It doesn't smell that bad, but when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour like an apple! I was completely caught off guard. I was completely caught off guard. I never expected such a modern sake due to my assumption that Suehiro was more of a classic sake. ‼️ It's so delicious. I think it's going to explode in popularity in the near future.
