Melon-like sweet aroma typical of new sake, thick, dark sweetness, and a robust mouthfeel. No acidity or bitterness, clean aftertaste, and a hint of hiney aroma on the second day. The second day, I felt a scent like hinekoso, which I also felt in the freshly squeezed sake I tasted, unfortunately.
