A comparison of Tsushima-ya's White and Black. Both are sake with a solid taste. You can feel a slight acidity in your mouth. The aftertaste is also refreshing. If anything, it is sweet.
Personally, I think the black one has more complex and darker taste. This one is more to my liking.
