Where is Kikubunmei? I am impressed by the fact that they handle a lot of sake that I really don't know about, though I only know enough to ask.
◉Kikumyo Bunmei Dry Honjozo
The taste is clear and dry, with the typical Japanese sake flavor. It's a sake for warming up, so they brought out a sake warmer and heated it up for us. The warmed sake had a dry impact, but the sweet and umami flavors were well defined and balanced.
