Here are my impressions upon opening the bottle
Fruity aroma like pear.
I thought it would be sweet because of the high aroma, but as soon as it hit the palate
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you will taste a firm acidity,
The bitter and astringent tastes follow.
Although it is light, the aftertaste is complex.
The alcohol taste lingers in the mouth, which I personally don't like...
This is my first time drinking Kaze no Mori.
I am looking forward to drinking 657 Akitsuho again this weekend.
