Anyway, it is sweet, too sweet. I wonder if rice can be this sweet if it is made by Akatake.
The aroma that leaves the nose with a slight effervescence is gorgeous, and is worthy of the name "Christmas. However, it is very delicate and easily drained, so it is recommended to finish it on the same day. I left some and regretted it later.
I thought it would be interesting to pair it with something sweet and sour, such as mitarashi dumplings. I know it's a crazy combination, but still... lol.
