I got a bottle of Hachitan-Nishiki at Hashimoto-san. Compared to Miyamanishiki Oorigara, it is much less pineapple juice-like and more dry sake. It is easy to pair with Japanese food as a mid-meal sake. I think I can enjoy it for a while.
