The annual "Jikin Sake Mirai"!
It just happened to be available, so I bought it: ✨️
If someone told me that it only comes out once a year, I would have bought it, right?
I can't drink Jikin that often either, so I chewed it up and drank it! I'll be back soon 🍶.
Slightly carbonated
The first thing that jumps out at you is the sourness! It is not a strong acidity but a smooth acidity that approaches the taste that comes later. I have often tasted many strong acidic wines, but this weak acidity, which is only an accent, is new to me ✨.
The flavor slowly emerged and then turned to sweetness! I can't think of anything that comes close to that unique sweetness 😂.
Ohhhh it's so good lol!
It tastes like you're living in the moment(?)
I found myself reducing it by 2/3 in one day lol.
Of all the metaphysics I've had, this is my favorite! 👍
