The aroma is soft and different from the so-called ginjo aroma (Yamadanishiki or juicy).
The sweetness and umami remain soft from the first touch to the aftertaste, making it a sake to be sipped after a meal for relaxation rather than during a meal.
I would like to spend a relaxing time alone while drinking it.
