Today we have Shuho. It is a sake from Yamagata. It is a sake made from 100% produced in Yamagata Prefecture. It is a stylish sake with a rice polishing ratio of 33%, which is the same as that of Dewa Sanzanzan. A bottle of this stylish sake costs 3,333 yen (tax not included). The aroma is of gorgeous green apples. The mouthfeel is fresh and smooth. The refreshing sweet and sour taste like green apple swells up, and the sharp taste is tightened up by the firm bitterness in the latter half of the bottle. Beautiful sake quality and easy to drink. When we researched Dewa Sanzu, we found that it is characterized by its light flavor and aroma, and we can really enjoy the good qualities of Dewa Sanzu. It has been a while since I have had a sake with a gorgeous ginjo aroma, but it is easy to match with food at home, and above all, it is delicious and makes me smile 😁.

Hirupeko-san, you were drinking the same thing 😆 Shuho has a nice aroma and tastes great, and it's a good value too ☺️ I'd like to compare it with Kudokyuide's Dewa Sanzan 🍶Shuho's Aizan is delicious too 😋.

I know Kudokibe also offers the same specs of sake. I'd love to do a luxury drinking comparison 😊Aizan is good too! Thanks for the good information.
