Purchased at the brewery on the way back from planting rice in the terraced rice fields of Inakura, Ueda City.
You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma and robust flavor typical of Kamerei!
It also has a hint of sourness from the rare sake rice called Sanke Nishiki.
Today we paired it with yellowfin tuna and salmon sashimi, but it would also be good with fried food because of its firm taste!
I think it would be a great match with Ueda's delicious yakitori (grilled chicken).
