わいわいIt is a junmai ginjo with a 55% rice polishing ratio, but the fruity sweet aroma and robust rice flavor made it seem much more like a junmai daiginjo.
The rice is made from Kami no Ho, Mie's original rice, which is only sold at certain times of the year.
