Ishtar
It is said to have been matured for a year in the shop. It has a clear and soft mouthfeel with just the right amount of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and it slowly disappears. I wonder what it is - it disappears from the mouth so softly that it seems to go on naturally. Delicious!
