This sake is a real treat!
The rich flavor and mouthfeel of the unpasteurized sake, combined with the sticky sweetness of Omachi, is well balanced with the original refreshing taste of Amego no Tsuki.
I think it is quite sweet among the Amego no Tsuki wines.
The bitterness can be felt in the back, but it is delicious with various tastes!
