おろしそばMai-bijin Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu sanQ
This is a series to record the sake I drank during GW.
Mai-bijin is a sake from Fukui, which I happened to drink at Ueno and was interested in recently because of its impact.
It has a punchy taste that is the complete opposite of the easy-drinking sake that is all the rage these days!
The sweet and sour flavor comes with a bang.
Oh no, it's sour! But delicious! LOL!
If I were to ask if I could recommend it to others, I can't. lol
But if you are interested in it, you should try it at least once. It is a hidden masterpiece.
