ぱぱすThis time's sake is Junmai Ginjo "Saku Kaminoho 2020" from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, a sake brewery in Mie Prefecture.
It is a "Suzuka Sake" made only with rice grown in Suzuka, Mie Prefecture.
The aroma is a faint ginjo aroma with a hint of Japanese sake.
When you hold it in your mouth, you can taste the soft acidity and sweetness of rice. After that, the juicy sweetness and umami spread in the mouth and it breaks off easily. The aftertaste might be like pear or apple🤔.

I had a little bit of the FLINT, and it was a pretty good sake too.
