⭐︎ I came to Tokyo Rice Wine's happy hour on the middle day of a three-day weekend. Laughing Shiki Junmai Ginjo. First time in Shiga Prefecture. It is a noble sake. Made with sake instead of brewing water! I had a bottle of Niimasa's Kijoshu the other day and it had a really deep flavor. Rice, koji and sake. It was a full-bodied, deep-flavored sake. It was delicious 😎.
