A season that I hate in a way because it requires refrigeration and the fridge fills up quickly 😂.
And the chosen one is Nanada's newest top of the line, Ihyakumangoku Nama!

Roughness of unfiltered sake
It has the umami of medium-hard water brewing unique to Shichida.
It goes well with Japanese food such as grilled fish.
