A regular junmai that left a good impression at the tasting where the brewer was present. The impression I had in Hiroshima that this was for heated sake was dispelled with one sip. It had a fruity cemedine-like aroma with a carbonation sensation on the palate, a dry taste with more richness and bitterness than sweetness, and a crisp, clean taste. I was disappointed to find that after I bought the sake, I was guiding other people to try the heated sake. I wanted to try the heated sake that the brewer serves... The hot sake has a refreshing taste, while the lukewarm sake has a fuller acidity and flavor.
