From Hyogo Prefecture [Tomikunishiki Co. Jun Ao Banshu Omachi, Junmai Ginjo R4 Special This Junmai Ginjo is brewed with "Banshu Omachi", commonly known as "Omachi from Hyogo Prefecture", which was revived after four years of cultivation, using soft water from the topography of Banshu, and the "Namo Hashiwastu" method of brewing, which has been handed down since the Edo period, where lactic acid bacteria living in the brewery are nurtured and brewed. Only the supernatant is hand-filled without filtration and with minimal heat treatment for a realistic taste. The sweet aroma of rice is mildly fragrant and smooth on the palate. The mild flavor and deep richness typical of "Omachi" fill the mouth, and the vibrant acidity and pleasant astringency tighten the whole flavor and give it a nice finish. As the temperature rises, the full flavor of Omachi increases! You can enjoy this bottle at various temperatures.
