It's been a crazy long time since I've had a cold chrysanthemum. I had to keep the nigori-style in check.
The first time I opened the bottle, there was only a little bit of foam, which was not what I was expecting, but when I poured it, it was just as I expected!
The sweetness and acidity are all strong and delicious as expected, and the volume is also great, which is hard to believe it is 13% alcohol.
It is almost like a rum and soda, thinking it is a calpis soda.
