The brewery pursues "sake that goes well with food and that you never get tired of drinking.
It was almost the end of the event, and some of the sake had already been sold out, but a unique label caught my eye.
I had noticed it on Hirupeko's post and was wondering if it was sold at Haretoke, but I didn't realize I could drink it here...
Mukashi no Mamma Special Junmai.
The sourness and umami in the appleiness matched each other, and I was like, "Ummm.... Unlike the impression on the label, it is not so classical and easy to drink.
I would have liked to try other Tamakashiwas.
