Started this week, a comparison of the best cosmetics sake that can be bought for around 1,500 yen.
The first bottle is Nabeshima's special junmai Yamadanishiki.
On the first day, it was a delicious bottle with the typical Nabeshima shuwa shuwa feeling!
On the second day, the flavor was a bit more subdued, and the palate was able to enjoy a strong umami flavor!
I think this is a high level of beautiful sake for around 1,500 yen.
Rice polishing ratio: 60% (100% Yamadanishiki)
Alcohol content: 15%.
