This was my first sake in a leather bag.
The label reads "Tokugin," a luxurious sake made from Banshu Aiyama with a rice polishing ratio of 35%.
It has a rich flavor.
It has a sweet aroma, but when you drink it, it is crisp and clean.
The taste is rich and pure, as is typical of Aizan, and it is definitely a delicious sake.
