Super limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake 2023
When I see the words "super-limited" on a bottle, I can't help but reach for it 🤣.
I've been interested in Kangiku for a while.
It has a sweet and sour taste. I am not good at acidity.
I'm not a fan of sourness, but it didn't bother me that much and I enjoyed it.
I would like to try the other ones too 😋.
Polishing ratio 50%.
