Takashi
Jiyugaoka 1)
Yesterday, I had dinner for the first time with a customer I have known for more than 10 years.
We went to a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka, and I left both food and drinks to him.
At first, the owner offered us one drink at a time because we don't drink a lot of sake.
Saku-no-Hana (39-87), a sake I had never had before.
Sake made with malic acid yeast.
It has a soft sourness. It certainly tastes like apples.
Shako and sea urchin were also delicious!
