A low-alcohol sake made with white koji and purple rice, it is sweet with acidity and has a distinctive pink hue. The aroma of candied fruit and red dates gives the mouth a light sweetness like lotus seed and lily soup. It is rich in polyphenols and amino acids from purple rice.
