かっぷく
This is Kunigon, a sake from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture. I bought it at a sake shop in Aizu Sakashita.
It is a summer sake, but I have not had a chance to drink it.
Most summer sake has a low alcohol content, but this one is 17 degrees, and I could feel the difference in punch even at about 1 degree.
I often drink Kunigon's Tefu, Silver Label, etc. when I see them. Thank you, Kunigon-san, for always providing us with delicious sake!
