In January, we asked at a sake store for a junmai sumeshu nama, but were told that it was not being made this season because they were specializing in nigori (nigori is a type of rice liquor).
I was disappointed, so I decided to try Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu.
It was clear, crisp, fruity, and delicious.
