シロタマ
The taste of koji is strong. It also has a strong koji aroma. Therefore, it has a biofilm-like flavor and aroma, which is not often encountered in sake, and there is a risk of being called "poor quality" if it is not well made.
The taste is very good, but it is somewhat spicy and lacks minerality, so it is not the kind of sake that can be drunk in gulps (those who want to drink in gulps).
In general, I can't help but think that this wine is "very aggressive".
By the way, there is no bitterness.
It is a little different from what I expected (strong umami and a good balance of acidity and sweetness), and my honest impression is that it is a different sake from the usual tasty sake of acidity and sweetness.
Degree of liking 6/10
