I forgot to take a picture, so just a comment. After the live concert of my guess, we went to a seafood izakaya in Sapporo. I was impressed not only by the seafood but also by the delicious vegetables.
The first glass of sake was Kuniumare. It is a sake brewery in the town of Zuge. The name of the brewery claims to be in the northernmost part of Japan, and the name was given in honor of Kisuke Nogi.
The taste was round and mild. My memory is a little fuzzy because I was drunk💦.
