I bought this bottle when I went to Kumamoto on business.
The brewery is the same as the one that produces Koroh.
I was told that this Harusumi is distributed only in Kumamoto Prefecture, so I quickly bought it 😅.
It is delicious with a good balance of umami and acidity!
You can really taste the sake, but it's not cloying, so you can enjoy it while drinking.
Kumamoto sake is quite tasty 😆👍
