The supernatant is sweet, with a cheese-like aroma.
When the nigori is mixed, it is thick and sweet. It stimulates the tongue and throat. The alcohol content is 19 degrees, which is understandably high.
It has a doburoku flavor, or rather, a Kiso saké flavor.
There was a sound of gas escaping when the bottle was opened, but it was almost completely gone.
Purchased at the brewery in January.
The bottle was opened in September, in accordance with the sales pitch: fresh for 2 months, mellow for 6 months, and rich for 8 months after the production date.
When you think about it, this seems like an obvious statement.
