At the Nakano BC booth, "Kinokuniya Bunzaemon" nigori and "Chokyu" daiginjo.
I asked the brewer, "Do you have any Cho-Cho-Kyu that you have had in the past?" I asked the brewer, "Do you have any Cho-Cho-Kyu?
They don't make it anymore💦.
The nigori has a lactic acid taste that makes it easy to drink, while the daiginjo has a clean, crisp mouthfeel.
Since I have visited the brewery before, I felt a sense of familiarity with them and talked with them 😁.
